The main document confirming the identity of a citizen in Russia is the passport. For the first time it is given to children at the age of 14. There are several reasons for replacing the document. First of all, this, of course, is the change of the last name, first name, gender. Secondly, the achievement of a person is 20 years old. After that, the passport changes to 45 years.
