For cooking, you will need:

  • About 1.5 kg of unprepared shrimp;
  • 3 fresh crispy cucumber;
  • Red salad onions - half (if large) or whole medium;
  • 5 quail eggs;
  • 300 g (this is about 1 pot) of black olives;
  • Juice of one lemon, a couple tablespoons of olive oil;
  • Salad leaves;
  • Salt and to taste spices.

Shrimp the boiled eggs and then clean them from the shells. Quail eggs also need to be cooked, and after cooling and finely chop. Salad onions cut into half rings, and cucumbers either with straws or cubes - that is, as you like. And now a large salad dish, better flat, lined with lettuce leaves, and on top put the prepared ingredients mixed with each other. At the very end of the salad you need to pour the dressing: for it, mix the extruded clove of garlic, olive oil, fresh juice of one lemon and salt with spices (you can take white pepper). Done - before serving, you can decorate with crackers or nuts. By the way, if you like mayonnaise, then salads with prawns, salad and cucumber can be filled with them: either take its olive version, or mix natural yogurt with finely chopped greens. By the way, you can put in the salad is not quail eggs, and ordinary (2 pieces), as well as tomato or Bulgarian pepper - will also get a very tasty dish.

Salad with shrimps, cucumbers and tomatoes

For preparation, take:

  • Half a kilogram of any shrimps welded and peeled from shells - you can take large, royal, and smaller species;
  • 3 pieces each. Fresh cucumbers and tomatoes;
  • A small bunch of fresh green onions;
  • For refueling - natural vinegar, vegetable oil, a little sugar and salt.

Prepare the ingredients in a salad: cucumber, tomato, shrimp crumble the way you prefer. But usually vegetables cut in circles, and shrimp in half, if large. Finely chop the onion. And now mix vegetables in a separate bowl, season with vegetable oil and vinegar, salt. On a large dish in the middle lay the shrimp (without dressing), and on the sides - a salad of vegetables. It will be delicious and beautiful, such a treat can be put on the festive table.

Fresh salad from shrimps, cucumbers and apples

For a beautiful, colorful dish you will need:

  • 450 g boiled shrimps;
  • Freshly squeezed juice from half a lemon;
  • 2 handfuls of any green lettuce;
  • Half a large fresh cucumber;
  • 1 large green apple ;
  • 5-6 radishes;
  • For refueling, take half a glass of fat-free yogurt without additives, a teaspoon of fresh grated horseradish, a slightly spicy sauce like "Tobasco", a little green onion and salt with pepper to taste.

Prepare the ingredients in a salad: shrimp, cucumber, apple and radish cut into small pieces, and chop the greens finely. If you use salad leaves, you can simply tear them with your hands. Stir ingredients, pour lemon juice. For filling in a blender, whip the natural yoghurt, hot sauce, horseradish and spices. After pour the resulting sauce and stir salad. You will be pleasantly surprised by the delicate taste of the dish. Now you know how not only to prepare salads with prawns, salad and cucumber, but also tasty varieties of it with apple and tomatoes.
