We prepare Italian omelet: delicious recipe of frittata

Many Italians like to start the day or arrange a light lunch with a special local variety of omelette, known as frittata. The recipe for this dish is far from the classic French. The main differences - in the presence of a variety of fillings and mandatory turning over during cooking. If you turn it completely inconveniently, you can help the omelette to have a rosy crust in the oven. It is difficult to choose a classic recipe for frittates - toppings can be both vegetable and meat, the main thing in them is the presence of cheese, and everything else is limited only by imagination and taste preferences. A creative, light, delicious dish is a great start to discovering Italian cuisine.

Recipe fritata with vegetables

For two portions of the dish you will need four chicken eggs, grated Parmesan, a bunch of fresh parsley, two cloves of garlic, half a bulb, one tomato, half of sweet Bulgarian pepper, a glass of string beans. If you doubt your abilities, read to better understand how the frittata is prepared, a recipe with photos showing step-by-step cooking. However, everything is clear. You just need to break the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and season, mix with parmesan and greens and shake. Peel and cut vegetables. It is not necessary to take just such a set, as indicated in the recipe: you can find something in the refrigerator, and some component to exclude.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan or shape, fry garlic, onion, put the remaining vegetables and fry on low heat. Pour the eggs and stir until the egg mixture becomes thick. Wait a couple of minutes and send the frittata to the oven, heated to one hundred and eighty degrees. After a quarter of an hour the dish is ready for use. If you want to make the recipe frittata more authentic, turn it over in a frying pan instead of baking in the oven. To do this, cover the pan with a plate, turn over and let the omelet slip back onto the frying pan with the other side. It takes skill, but you can do without an oven. For special connoisseurs of the dish, there are also special double-sided pans, turning the frittata in even easier.

Recipe fritata with zucchini

You will need one bulb, one zucchini, four eggs and four egg whites, some hard cheese, one tomato, vegetable oil, salt, pepper. Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees. Peel and chop the onion, squash on a large grater. Cheese grate finely, and cut the tomatoes into slices. Mix in a bowl of eggs, proteins, cheese, salt, pepper, whisk carefully. On medium heat, brown the onions until golden, add zucchini, season and cook for a few minutes. If you want a more satisfying option, add and fry a bit of minced meat. Pour all the egg mass, top on top with tomatoes. After a couple of minutes, put the dish in the oven for a quarter of an hour. This recipe for fritata is designed for four servings, so the prepared omelet must be cut into quarters before serving. There is a dish you need still hot, so it tastes better.
