Ways of recording working hours at the enterprise. Schedule.

At the time of recruitment or with personnel reshuffles, each employee is assigned a work schedule, which is used to calculate the accruals that depend on the time of work. This includes accruals for used working and business hours, as well as accruals due to temporary incapacity for work. If the employee does not enter additional data on time recording, the accruals are made according to the general schedule. This form of time recording is considered conditional-permanent information. The purpose of the general working schedule is, as a rule, for a long period. This scheme eliminates the need for additional employee influence on the calculation of their working time.

With the production load of the enterprise, it is not always possible to make a general work schedule. In this case, the account is maintained with a certain periodicity (for example, monthly), but, nevertheless, is a common schedule.

The working schedule of individual employees (or one employee) may differ from the working schedule of the enterprise as a whole. However, the time-use scheme can be made up for a long period. At the same time, a common schedule is created for the employee's official duties. In cases of discrepancy between the work schedule of an individual employee in a certain group and the working schedule of this group as a whole, the employee is assigned an individual time recording system. This scheme, as well as general accounting, is used to create a planned working schedule, but it is compiled monthly. Thus, the individual working schedule is an alternative to the general schedule assigned to the employee.

In cases of mismatch of the used working hours with a given individual or general schedule, the time sheet is maintained. The work sheet is used in cases when it is not possible to draw up a schedule of work for a long period or in cases of calculating time based on performance.

With a certain form of organization of work, which assumes independent control over the beginning, end and duration of working days, a sliding schedule of work is assigned. In this case, it is necessary to fully develop the clock according to the standards, according to the accounting period. A flexible schedule is established for a fixed period by mutual agreement between the employee and the employer. The provision of days off under such a scheme of working hours is made in accordance with the general rules.

In cases where it is necessary to increase the permissible duration of daily working time, to increase production volumes and improve the efficiency of the equipment used, shift schedules are assigned. At the same time, each designated group of employees performs the work according to the shift schedule set for it. The scheme of accounting for such work includes the number, order of rotation, the beginning, duration and end of each shift. In the conditions of a continuous production process, appropriate replacement schedules are used. In such cases, as a rule, four brigades work, three of which work day after day as part of their shifts, and one rest. Such a timetable prohibits work over two shifts continuously. The most common order of alternation of working shifts is the direct order, in which the employee moves from the first shift to the second shift, then to the third shift. This order corresponds to the rhythm of daily activity, which is customary for a person.
