Warming Houses - Why Do You Need It?

In our time, when the price of heating is quite high, the question of energy saving becomes more urgent. One of the directions of energy saving is the warming of the house in order to reduce the consumption of energy resources for its heating. And since most residential buildings and premises were built according to the standards of the last century, the constructions of such buildings do not provide proper insulation, which leads to the fact that we lose a lot of heat through the structure of the building: roof, windows, walls.

In order to reduce these losses, it is necessary to perform the insulation of facades and roofs and replace the windows with less heat-conducting ones.

Recently, the insulation of walls with foam has become very popular, when a new building is being built, the foam plastic is mounted between two rows of brickwork inside and facing, but what if the building already exists and the walls need to be insulated?
For such cases, various systems of facade insulation have been developed from the outside of the facade. Warming of the walls from the outside of the facade has its advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages include the fact that the thermal insulation reduces air circulation through the walls and prevents the formation of drafts, serves as an additional soundproofing, since the "dew point" with thermal insulation from the outside of the facade is shifted to the insulation, this prevents the formation of anger on the internal surfaces of the walls and protects against fungus . Wall warming significantly reduces the cost of heating the building in the winter and air conditioning in the summer.

The main disadvantage of such insulation is that to achieve the effect you need to strictly adhere to the technology of work.
One of the most common ways of warming buildings from the outside of the facade is the "wet method", this method was given such a name because it uses glue mixed with water.

With the "wet method", the facades are insulated in six stages:
- Preparation of facades for insulation;
- gluing and fixing the insulation on the surface of the facade;
- application of the main protective layer of glue;
- application of reinforcing mesh to protect the heater from mechanical damage;
- application of the second protective layer of glue along the reinforcing mesh;
- application of decorative coating and its painting.

Warming of facades "wet method" can be carried out with the use of mineral wool or polystyrene foam.
