However, those lucky ones who own it know firsthand that cooking it in porridge or a roast, a cutlet or pilaf will take the shortest time and will require minimal effort from the hostess. So now we will learn how to cook vegetable soup in a multivariate.

Prescription number 1: preparation of products

First we buy all the necessary ingredients. Since the first recipe for vegetable soup, in the multivariate prepared, is extremely simple, we need only 2 medium-sized tomatoes, 1 juicy bell pepper, 1 onion, a handful of white round-grained rice, 1.5-2 liters of broth or water, a little greens, oil, spices . To begin with, we prepare all the products: mine, we clean from seeds and finely chop. Tomatoes must be cleaned from the skin first, making a cruciform cut at the top and pour boiling water for a minute to 2. Now we put the "Hot" mode on the multivark, pour a little oil and cover the onion, close the lid. When the oil is hot and the first ingredient begins to brown, we cover the Bulgarian pepper and leave it for 5 minutes, you can interfere a couple of times to evenly warm up the roast.

However, it should be remembered that when you prepare vegetable soup in the Redmond multivark or any other dish, you only need to touch the food inside the bowl with the utensils intended for it: a spatula with silicone coating or, at least, a plastic spoon. Now add the tomatoes cut into large cubes, washed rice in advance, fill it with broth (you can use it as meat or vegetable or on a dice) and set the "Soup" or "Quenching" mode. Minutes for 10 before the end of cooking (the remaining time is displayed on the display), fall asleep parsley and spices. If desired, you can also add any meat ingredient (sausages, boiled or smoked sausage, ham, boiled pork, etc.) cut into small cubes or cubes. According to another recipe, you can prepare another vegetable soup in a multivark - with the addition of mushrooms and string beans. It differs in that it can be cooked without meat ingredients, as it will already turn out to be very satisfying.

So, for its preparation, we need 1 medium bulb, a small carrot, 300 g of fresh potatoes and mushrooms (preferably mushrooms, but you can use other ones available), half a pack of string beans (ie 200 g), a can Canned green peas, 2-2.5 liters of water or broth, vegetable oil and spices. To begin with, we clean all raw vegetables, grind them with a knife or on a grater. Now, as in the first recipe, fry with the addition of a small amount of butter onions and carrots, and after their browning we throw in the bowl and mushrooms and sliced potato with potatoes. So hold for another 10 minutes, until all the ingredients are cooked halfway. Add the string beans directly in the frozen form and green peas without juice, pour all the water and put it in the "Soup" mode. And again for 10-15 minutes until completely ready to fall asleep spices (salt, black pepper) and greens. Such vegetable soup, in a multivarquet cooked, is best served with fried bread, grated clove of garlic. In a difficult spring period, such a dish will help restore immunity after a long winter. Recipe # 3: Soft

Very tender and spring is obtained and a simple vegetable soup-puree. In a multivark, he will prepare much faster, literally in 40-60 minutes. For him, we need 2 chicken breasts, 1 small zucchini, 2 small carrots and 2 tomatoes, 4 medium potatoes, onions and 1 Bulgarian pepper, 200 g of frozen cauliflower and a can of green canned peas. A large number of ingredients should not frighten you, as they will all be cooked at the same time, and besides such a variety of tastes in one dish will make it rich and truly nutritious. All the above products, we wash, if necessary, clean and cut into large pieces. We put everything into the bowl of the multivark, pour it up to the top with water and cook it in the soup mode, putting on the timer for 20 minutes instead of the prescribed forty without taking into account the pressure set inside the device. Now merge the broth, and pour the remaining brewed mass into a saucepan and crush it with a blender to a consistency of puree, gradually adding milk to your taste.
