After serving the second term, the wife leaves the place in places not so remote from the offender, but he quickly starts cohabiting with another woman who has a teenage daughter of 14 years. Valery Asratyan inclines his stepdaughter to intimate affinity. Through threats, he forces a new family - a civil wife and her daughter - to help him commit crimes. In 1988-1990, the maniac came up with a new strategy for rape, he got acquainted with the girls on the streets and appeared as a film director. Then he invited me to his home to conduct samples and treated me to coffee, which was mixed with strong psychotropic drugs. Afraid to catch, soon maniac began to kill his victims.

Arrest and sentence
