Up to how many years a person grows and how long his organs develop

How many years has a man grown? The development and growth of our body - both the whole body and internal organs - is impermanent and, it can be said, spasmodically. The fastest increase in mass and body size is due to the period of intrauterine development. For nine months, a small egg reaches a weight of three kilograms. But even after birth, growth does not stop, although it slows down. In the first year of life a healthy baby grows by an average of 23 centimeters, but in the second year it adds only ten centimeters. Then, before 11 years for girls and 13 years for boys, growth slows down, although it does not stop at all, so that during puberty it can grow rapidly, at once by ten or even more centimeters. Then, as they say, the child "stretched out" and turned into a tall and angular teenager.

But even later the organism continues to develop in height, albeit imperceptibly - for a couple of millimeters-centimeter per year. Previously, there was no unanimous opinion about how long a person grows. It was believed that up to twenty, although this figure is very generalized and conditional. At the age of 25 the formation of the body, all organs and vital functions is completely complete. From adolescence to twenty years, intensive work is under way to strengthen the internal organs - the heart, the lungs. Rapidly there is sexual development - a surge of hormones literally reshuffles the female body, for one or two years turning an absurd pimply teenager with sticking out clavicles and sharp knees into a seductive beauty with soft feminine features. Typically, the elongation of the body in girls stops at sixteen to nineteen years, since all the resources of development go to prepare the body for procreation.

How many years has a man grown? His growth goes up to an average of up to twenty, and in some young men he goes on - up to 25 and even up to thirty years. In 20-25 years, the last period of rapid growth occurs, when a person can add half a centimeter a year. This means that the internal organs have finished forming, hardened, compacted, and the rest of the resources of the body's enlargement was thrown on the elongation of the skeleton. After this "golden age", when a man is told that he is in the prime of his life, and about a woman - that she is "in the juice", the development of the organism in this plan ceases.

In the question of how long a person grows, race and genetic heredity play a key role. The period of puberty and general formation of the organism among the Negroid race of people who live in the south of Asia is somewhat earlier. If European boys (especially in northern countries) at 14 are still children, in India and the African continent they are already fully formed young men. This is even more true for girls, which is the reason for the tradition of early marriage. The European continent also noted an earlier cessation of growth in southern peoples and a more extended period of growing up in the northern.

Heredity is also a decisive factor in how much a person grows. If both parents are tall and slim, then there is a 90% chance that their children will have an increase above the average. And, on the contrary, in stunted people and children grow small. Of course, there is still 10%. What are these factors? Can we in any way affect them and, consequently, adjust their growth? Yes, because if you eat right and lead an appropriate lifestyle, this, albeit insignificantly, can affect the length of the body.

Knowing how many years a person grows, you can add yourself an additional centimeter or two not taken away by nature. By using certain foods that help strengthen the bones of the spine and increase the elasticity of the intervertebral discs (cottage cheese, fatty fish, jellied or cold), you can strengthen body growth. Also help to add in the metric characteristics of special physical exercises, stretching the spine. But the influence of carrots on the aspiration of our body was too exaggerated. Carrots have only a strengthening effect, like other fruits and vegetables.
