"Tsipromed" (ear drops) - recommendations for use

The drug "Tsipromed" (ear drops) is available in the form of 0.3% colorless solution, the main active ingredient in which is ciprofloxacin. Propylene glycol, lactic acid and benzalkonium chloride are used as auxiliary substances. "Tsipromed" is also available in the form of eye drops and eye ointment.

"Tsipromed" (ear drops) has a bactericidal effect and after its application there is a violation of DNA replication and protein synthesis in bacterial cells. This drug acts not only on those bacteria that reproduce, but also on those that are at rest. These drops have very low systemic absorption.

Indications for use of the drug "Tsipromed" (ear drops)

These drops are used if necessary to treat both acute and chronic ear infections, namely: external otitis media, as well as acute and chronic otitis media. They are also intended for use in the prevention of infectious otitis media, both before and after surgical operations or in ear trauma, when tissue damage occurs.

Before you start using this product, you should rinse well (warm solution of furatsilina), and then dry your ear canal.
