Trigande (tablets)

"Trigande" (pills) is a combined anesthetic drug.

Indications for the use of this medication are: symptomatic treatment of abdominal pain - colic (liver, kidney, intestinal), irritable bowel syndrome (accompanied by spastic contractions of the smooth muscle shell of this organ), as well as dysmenorrhea.

"Trigande" (pills) is prescribed for the purpose of short-term relief of pain during myalgia, neuralgia, arthralgia, sciatica, and also after diagnostic or surgical interventions. This medication effectively helps to cope with the heat accompanying colds.

The drug "Trigonde". Instructions for use

The standard scheme for taking medication for patients over the age of twelve is one to two tablets up to four times per day. Use the remedy at least fifteen minutes before meals. It is strictly forbidden to take more than two tablets at a time.

When an acute pain syndrome occurs, the drug is injected intramuscularly (parenterally) two milliliters four times a day.

The course of treatment should not be conducted more than five days.

Taking Trigande (tablets) can cause the following side effects:

- vomiting, thirst, difficulty in talking and swallowing, constipation, dry mouth and other symptoms of disruption of the gastrointestinal tract;

- short-term bradycardia, tachycardia, arrhythmia - malfunctions in the functioning of the cardiovascular system;

- impairment of coordination, drowsiness, dizziness - disorders of the nervous system;

- photophobia, increased eye pressure;

- redness and dryness of the skin, urinary incontinence, allergic reactions, oppression of hematopoiesis.

Contraindications to the use of the pharmaceutical "Trigonde" (tablets):

- Acute bleeding in cases of unstable cardiovascular work;

- glaucoma;

- reflux esophagitis;

- the presence of obstructive diseases of the liver, gastrointestinal tract or urinary system;

- lack of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase;

- acute colitis (ulcerative);

- cardiovascular failure (decompensated).

- Myasthenia gravis;

- collapse;

- Serious disorders of renal and hepatic functions;

- malfunctioning of the hematopoiesis system;

- the patient's age is less than twelve years;

- Individual intolerance of paracetamol or another component of the preparation "Trigande", whose composition is quite extensive;

Hypertrophy of the prostate.

This means is contraindicated in the period of bearing of the child. If there was a need to take medication to a woman breastfeeding, it is recommended to suspend feeding for the time of its use.

When therapy with "Trigande" is not prescribed antacids, because they reduce the effectiveness of the drug. It has also been established that the hepatotoxicity of this pharmaceutical agent is enhanced by the simultaneous administration of barbiturates, "Rifampicin", "Zidovudine" and alcoholic beverages.

An overdose with a medicine has the following symptoms:

- sinus rhythm disturbance (decrease in heart rate);

- drowsiness;

- fear of light;

- Arrhythmia;

- distortion of the contours of objects, narrowing of the field of view.

Necessary therapeutic measures in the above described manifestations: initiation of emesis, intake of enterosorbents, gastric lavage, as well as the use of "Methionine" (a means of increasing the conjugation reaction) and "Acetylcysteine" (a drug that promotes the production of glutathione).

It is recommended to store the drug at room temperature in a place inaccessible to children.

The medication is dispensed strictly according to the prescription of a specialist.
