'Fljuditek': instructions for use

"Fljuditik" is a medical preparation belonging to the mucolytic group of medicines.

Expectorant and mucolytic action occurs due to the activation of sialic transferase (one of the enzymes of the bronchial mucosa). The drug is necessary to stabilize the ratio of neutral and acidic sialomucins, to restore the elasticity and viscosity of mucus. Stimulates the regeneration of the entire mucosa, improves its structure, and activates the functions of the ciliary epithelium.

Form of issue.

This product is available as a syrup in dark glass bottles. The drug "Fluidite: syrup for children" is two and five percent solution.

The two percent solution has an orange color and the smell of a banana. The 5% liquid has a light green hue and a slightly brownish tint, and smells like a pleasant smell of caramel.

Composition.

The composition of both types of drugs includes such substances as: sucrose, methylparahydroxybenzoate, glycerin, yellow-orange colorant S, sodium hydroxide and purified water.

In addition to these components, there are others:

• 2% solution: banana flavor;

• 5% solution: caramel flavor and blue patented dye.

"Fludutik" can be bought at pharmacies without a proper prescription.

This medication is recommended in the following cases:

• If the patient has chronic and acute bronchopulmonary diseases, which are accompanied by viscous sputum. Such diseases include: bronchitis, tracheitis, bronchial asthma, tracheobronchitis, bronchoectatic disease.

• If the patient has inflammatory chronic diseases of the middle ear. And also the nose and its sinuses, with the formation of viscous mucus. Especially in cases when the disease manifested itself in acute form. An example can be the following inflammatory diseases: otitis media, rhinitis, sinusitis.

• If a patient undergoes treatment and is prepared for bronchoscopy, or bronchography. In such cases, it is especially recommended to take this medication.

"Flyuditek": instructions for overdose.

If you abuse this drug, the result is an overdose of the following symptoms: nausea, gastralgia and diarrhea.

In this case, patients are prescribed symptomatic therapy.

"Fluidite": instruction on side effects.

There may be various side effects. The most common side effects are reactions from the digestive tract. Namely: vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, flatulence, epigastric pain, gastrointestinal bleeding.

Also, negative brain reactions are possible, namely in the central nervous system. In this case, patients may experience weakness, dizziness, malaise.

The most rare variant of side effects is allergic reactions. What can they arise? Sometimes it happens that some people have an individual intolerance to some particular component that is part of the medicine, or to the entire drug.

Allergic reactions: in isolated cases - itching, hives, exanthema, angioedema.

"Fljuditik": instruction on contraindications.

This tool is not recommended for use in the following cases:

• With chronic glomerulonephritis;

• If the patient has cystitis;

• With ulcers in the stomach or in the duodenum. It is extremely dangerous if ulcers are in the phase of exacerbation;

• First trimester of pregnancy;

• Children under the age of 1 month (for 2% syrup);

• Children and adolescents under the age of 15 years (for 5% of syrup);

• Individual intolerance to carbocysteine or another component in the medication.

"Fluidite" should be taken with caution to those who breastfeed or during pregnancy.
