In general, all professional sticks have a stiffness from 40 to 120 on the Easton scale. The strength of the stick depends on the rigidity of the stick. The softer the club, the less effort it takes to throw. And the harder the stick, accordingly, the effort should be applied more. Remember that when you decrease the length of the stick, its stiffness increases, which means that you will have to work more on the field.
