The timing of the times in English: it's hard to remember, but it's possible!
It should be noted that the presence of a large number of times in the English language does not at all simplify the learning process itself and often disheartens not only student students but also the teachers themselves. Imagine - the teacher explains how the verb differs in the past simple, long and perfect times at a time when they are translated into Russian in exactly the same way!
In fact, the reconciliation of time in the English language is the substitution of the verb of the present tense in the subordinate part of the sentence with the corresponding form of past tense. This is done if the main part has past time (see examples). But all verb forms are preserved unchanged, when in the main part of the present or future time. Thus, for those who study and practice English, the time table can be an indispensable tool. Do it and it will come in handy!
I'm interested (real), did Anna know (past) what will happen tomorrow (future).
In English, with a literal translation without taking into account the agreement, instead of a clear and intelligible sentence, a motley and even ridiculous "mess" of a set of words will turn out. Compare how two students translated this sentence, one (1) of whom hoped for their imaginary knowledge and did not take into account the rules of the English language, and the other (2), not being confident in grammar, used the time table.
1. I'm interested in what will be (Future Simple) tomorrow. (Wrong, read it again, it sounds even clammy.)
2. I wonder if Ann knew (Past Simple) about what would be (Future Simple in the Past) next day. (That's right - read in one breath.)
These simple examples show that timing in English is a mandatory section in the learning process. And knowledge of these rules and competent application in English speech will open wide borders for you to communicate with foreigners.
