The neo-Nazi is ... Ukrainian neo-Nazis. Russian neo-Nazis

How far can a person go, what is he ready for for his ideals? World history knows many examples of human cruelty in the name of a single goal. Can modern society repel aggression and what threatens our peaceful tomorrow?

The art of managing

Human freedom is a relative concept. Most of us have the right to choose their own destiny, environment, occupation, but one thing remains unchanged - we are all in subordination, somebody in greater, some in lesser degree. We are dependent on the authorities, on the family, on the children, on God. So it was from time immemorial. It'll be this way forever. Power, as one of the instincts, is in the depths of each person's subconscious. Life circumstances can to some extent extract these instincts, making us vulnerable. However, not everyone has the ability to rule. After all, what is power? It is, first of all, the strength of the spirit, the will and gift of persuasion. In order to manage, you need to be able to get carried away, you need to say so that they will follow you. Such people, as a rule, are quite dangerous for society, for it is completely unknown what goals they can pursue and what sacrifices they are willing to take to achieve them.

The brightest example in the history of mankind will always remain Adolf Hitler. It was his super abilities that completely changed not only the geographical map of the world, but the whole course of history.

Ideology of Nazism

It was to Hitler that modern philosophy owed the emergence of such a trend as Nazism. The purity of the nation, anti-Semitism and xenophobia, chauvinism and homophobia are just a few of the characteristics that characterize the Nazi movement. Nazism is a totalitarian form of government, implying one faith, one leader, one state and one nation. Despite official prohibition, Nazism continues to exist even decades after the death of its ideological leader.

Modern Nazism bears the same name, true, with the prefix neo, and has a slightly different ideology. The main idea of modern neo-Nazis is still the struggle for the purity of the race. In this regard, racial hatred and discrimination on a national basis are growing. A modern neo-Nazi is not only a young shaven-headed youth shouting insulting slogans addressed to representatives of different nationalities and religious concessions. Many parties that call themselves ultra-right, right-radical, represent the interests of neo-Nazis in the parliaments of many states. And not only in Europe, but almost all over the world.

The Motherland of Neo-Nazism

Despite the fact that almost 70 years have passed since the end of the Second World War, modern Germany is still ashamed of the fact that it has become the cradle of world evil. This fact largely caused the Germans' rejection of neo-Nazi ideologies. Of course, one can not deny the fact that there are right-wing radical parties in Germany, but they are supported mostly by the youth of the eastern part of the country.

Neo-Nazis in Germany and their activities are constantly under close surveillance not only of the police, but of ordinary citizens. The state at the legislative level is fighting against manifestations of Nazism, prohibiting ultra-right parties and Nazi symbols. But despite the prohibitions, Nazi literature, video and audio materials continue to seep through the borders, attracting new fresh forces into the ranks of the Nazis.

And how are we?

Despite the horror that happened to our compatriots during the war, neo-Nazism blossoms in the expanses of Eastern Europe and the post-Soviet space. Neo-Nazis in Russia began to appear almost immediately after the collapse of the Union, when a flood of immigrants from the countries of the near abroad. The idea of "Russian Unity", as well as the slogan "Russia for Russians", became the main engine of the neo-Nazi movement in Russia. In Slovakia, for example, right-wing radical activists periodically attack Roma, while in Lithuania and Estonia, neo-Nazi organizations enjoy the protection of the authorities. The actions of Lithuanian neo-Nazis are aimed at discriminating against the Russian people and the Communist Party. But, perhaps, the most extreme appearance of neo-Nazism appeared in Ukraine. Ukrainian neo-Nazis are not only against Russia and its citizens, they are trying to ban the Russian language, which, incidentally, is native to more than 20 million Ukrainians.

Uneasy 90s

It was the 90th that marked the beginning of the rapid development of neo-Nazism in the countries of the former USSR. This is primarily due to the fall of communist ideals. All the values that were familiar to ordinary Soviet people suddenly disappeared, leaving behind the rudiments of a new, European civilization, which most of the citizens were not ready to accept. Not the least role in the formation of modern youth of the 90s was played by the financial crisis, when a family, called to stand guard over moral principles and to raise the younger generation in the spirit of universal love and harmony, gave all its strength to the production of daily bread. The children, left unattended, rushed to all the serious, including youth currents. For many adolescents at the time, neo-Nazism, a neo-Nazi, is the path to purity and justice. This is the only opportunity to express yourself and achieve something. Many searched for elementary attention and respect and, of course, found it with the same frustrated and frightened adolescents.

In 1992, an organization of skinheads appeared in Moscow. It included young skinheads from 13 to 19 years old. Their activities were mainly aimed at combating the "color". The most dangerous skinheads were for students from African countries, Vietnam, China and Korea. However, in 1994, all the immigrants from Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan came to the "risk group". This was due to the first Chechen campaign. By the end of the 1990s, the ranks of neo-Nazis were joined by soldiers serving in Chechnya, the movement became more visible, and the actions of the radicals were more violent. The crimes against the representatives of other nationalities are evidenced by facts published by the neo-Nazis themselves - photos and videos, audio materials. All this becomes an evidence base during high-profile trials.

"Freedom"

Next came the neo-Nazis of Ukraine. The most radically inclined party operating in Ukraine is VO "Svoboda". Starting its activities in Western Ukraine, "Freedom" gradually moved to the center, taking the leading positions in Ukrainian politics. The leader of "Svoboda" Oleg Tyagnibok put forward his candidacy for the post of head of state during an extraordinary election campaign. The "Freedom" party has firmly strengthened its positions among the population of the central and northern part of Ukraine. Leaders of radical political movements occupy leading positions in the Ukrainian parliament. Naturally, this can not but be reflected in the foreign policy course of the country.
The result of the work of the ultra-right forces is the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Stepan Bandera, who was the main accomplice of the fascists in Ukraine during the Great Patriotic War. Rehabilitation of soldiers of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army and holding competitions with UPA symbols more than eloquently speak about the true state of affairs. The Ukrainian neo-Nazi is an average Ukrainian who hates everything that at least indirectly reminds of Russia.

The manifestations of neo-Nazism in Russia

In recent years, this movement in Russia is acquiring a national scale. Neo-Nazis of Russia are not only citizens who have a mature civil position, but also artists. In addition, the direction of the activities of neo-Nazi organizations is gradually expanding. If in the 90s it was limited to hooligan attacks on representatives of other races, today we can talk about the threat of terrorism. Every year, the number of people killed in Russia by the hands of radicals increases by 30%. But the other is scary. Opinion polls among the population show that 60% of respondents show signs of racial intolerance. It turns out that more than half of ordinary citizens of Russia support the ideas of neo-Nazis.

A modern neo-Nazi is a skillful weapon in the hands of experienced politicians, opposition to the authorities. Playing on patriotic feelings helps to realize political ambitions, achieve goals. Right-wing radical party leaders, striving for big politics, are determined to create a single party that, in their opinion, could cleanse Russia.

Russian patriots

Youth right-wing radical organizations in modern Russia have a number of features on which one can distinguish a neo-Nazi organization from left radicals or pro-government ones. Right-wing radical groups can not exist outside the political system.

Their activities are guided and sponsored by politicians who are opposed to the current government, and is its alternative. To prohibit the activities of such organizations and parties does not make sense. It is unlikely that there will be at least one politician capable of eradicating neo-Nazism. The ban itself will only strengthen the position of the radicals, making a peaceful dialogue and control over them impossible. Right-wing youth movements have a negative attitude towards Western pop culture and the European way of life. In exchange for the forbidden creativity of Western collectives and performers, their own musical currents are created, access to which is strictly limited. Russian neo-Nazis at the forefront of their activities raise ethnic issues The satisfaction of the needs of the race dominant on the territory of Russia, namely the Russians, is a paramount task.

conclusions

Russian sociologists and psychologists have come close to the problem of the spread of neo-Nazism among young people. Several polls and sociological experiments were conducted, the results of which allowed us to determine the mechanisms controlling the activities of radical young people. By the way, among the female respondents, the majority is inclined to conservatism. Studies have shown that in large cities radicalism is more pronounced precisely as a political trend. This is explained by the large number of young people having higher education and taking an active part in the social and political life of the region and the country.

In the Russian outback, in the Far East, neo-Nazi ideology is often replaced by conventional extremism. As the study showed, the thinking of young people is greatly influenced by social insecurity, instability of the political system and financial instability. In general, sociologists estimate the level of development of neo-Nazism as high, but not critical. The authorities have time to take action.
