I had to try apple jam in a variety of options: with lemon, cinnamon, nuts, mint, kiwi and even with zucchini. The most delicious recipes I wanted to share with you.

Apple jam wafers

These are whole translucent pieces of apples in golden syrup, with an astounding smell of cinnamon and vanilla.

We need 2 kg of medium-sized sour apples, the same amount of sugar, 300 ml of water, a little cinnamon and vanilla sugar, a little soda - about 2 tablespoons.

Apples are peeled from the peel and cores, cut into small slices.

The secret is that the lobules remain intact during cooking: they need to be soaked in a mixture of water and baking soda (this volume of apples is enough for two tablespoons of soda, and water - so that only covers apples), from above put oppression. In such a solution you need to withstand apples for at least four hours, and it is better to leave it for the night.

While the apples are soaked, you need to make sugar syrup and sterilize the jars.

Sugar syrup: mix the water with sugar, add spices - cinnamon and vanilla, bring to a boil. If apples are sweet, then sugar will need a little less than indicated in the recipe.

Apples are washed from soda and poured into our hot syrup. We put the fire on the fire.

Another secret: this apple jam can not be actively mixed. Therefore, it is best to boil it in a wide basin and just shake it off from time to time.

In the process of cooking, foam will appear all the time - you need to carefully remove it with a spoon .. and give it to your household for tasting. This option is perfect as a future filling for pies and pancakes. It is called "five-minute" - because it is cooked and eaten exactly in five minutes.

We need 2 kg of any, even spoiled, apples, 300 grams of sugar and, if desired, your favorite apple spices: cinnamon, vanilla.

Remove apples from damage, remove peel and core, three on a small grater. Then mix with sugar and leave to stand for two hours. During this time, the apple mass changes its color, becomes light brown. But it's not scary - it's the normal oxidation process.

At this time we sterilize the jars.

Then thick-walled dishes with apples are put on the fire for boiling, stirring. How to boil - wait another five minutes, too, stirring. Apple jam with lemon

The combination of lemon acid and delicate apple flavor is my favorite, the most remarkable jam.

All the same 2 kg of any apples, 1,5 - 1,8 kg of sugar (depending on the acid of apples), half a lemon.

Apples are cleaned, as in previous recipes, cut into small dolechkami, fall asleep sugar and leave for two hours. Periodically mix to make the apples well absorbed sugar. We put on the fire.
