The moral of the fable is "The Wolf and the Lamb". Analysis and content

The plot of many works is eternal. They were relevant in ancient times, have not lost relevance even now. These include "The Wolf and the Lamb". For the first time, the ancient Greek fabulist Aesop told about them. The lamb, suffering from thirst, came to a stream on a hot summer day and began to drink the student's water. The wolf decided to eat it. Wishing to justify his act, he charged that the lamb had muddied the water, because of what the predator can not drink now. The lamb replied that this can not be, because the water hardly touches his lips, and is downstream. Then the Wolf said that in Last year he insulted his father. And here the kid found arguments, because then he was not born yet and even if he wanted, he could not do it. The wolf noticed that the Lamb knows the excuse, but it will still be eaten. If someone decided to commit an evil deed, then nothing will stop him. Such is the morality of the fable "The Wolf and the Lamb". Then on the same plot created the fables of Lafontaine, Sumarokov, Derzhavin. In the beginning of the 19th century Krylov wrote the same fable.

Moral of the fable "The Wolf and the Lamb"

There are two main characters in the work, the images of which are important and unthinkable without the other. The fabulist immediately starts with morality, loudly stating that when a strong and impotent face collides, then the last one will be guilty in any case. Further, he assures the reader that there are many historical examples that support this conclusion, and he cites the already well-known episode of the encounter between the Wolf and Lamb near the stream.

The moral of the work, however, is that the predator was already hungry and immediately had the intention of eating someone. The kid was not lucky that he was on his way. There would be a bunny or duckling in his place, they would suffer. The moral of the fable "The Wolf and the Lamb" tells of the desperation of the weak. However, the Wolf wants to justify his deed and says that Lamb himself is to blame, because he prevented him from drinking pure water. In exquisite terms, Lamb replies that this can not be, since it is downstream for 100 meters. Wolf this reasonable and polite answer clearly does not satisfy. He starts screaming that last year the Lamb was rude to him at the same place. Therefore, the Wolf could not forgive this insult all year long, and now he will be able to take revenge. Learning that this could not be, since last year the Lamb was not born yet, he says that it was one of his relatives or acquaintances. Lamb reasonably asks, but what does it have to do with it, in fact? The wolf exclaims that he is already guilty of the fact that the wolf wants to eat. Then he stops talking with his victim and drags him into the dark forest.

"The Wolf and the Lamb". Analysis

There is an opinion that this fable shows the lack of rights of a common man before the powers that be. It becomes clear that the winner is the one who is stronger, and not the one on whose side justice is. The wolf behaves rudely, realizing his complete impunity. After all, often those who have more power and power, do not even have to explain anything and seek excuses. Krylov understands how difficult it is to stop those on whose side the advantageous position. Such is the morality of the fable "The Wolf and the Lamb".
