The mechanical growth factor is a panacea or ...

The remedy referred to in this information publication, in some way, could claim the title: "A panacea in the field of bodybuilding." What "miracles" does "MFR" (Mechanical Growth Factor) and is it really a universal tool? Is it true that for a short time an ordinary visitor to a gym becomes a pumped-up sportsman? Let's try to get answers to these and other questions.

To begin with, the MGF-factor is an agent that is an insulin-like growth factor (IGF), or rather, one of its variants - IGF-1, called IGF-1Ec. Its synthesis in the human body is provoked by stress, damage or other mechanical effects. There are described processes in muscle fibers and have received a general name - "mechanical growth factor". Speaking of a new "panacea for bodybuilders," it should be noted that MGF has some differences from IGF-1.

In particular, there are significant differences in the number of amino acids. The peptide chain of IGF-1 contains 70, and IGF-1Ec - only 24. Preliminary studies allow us to conclude and by the difference of receptors, to which growth factors are attached. It is interesting to note that there is still no confirmed information on the difference between the structure of the MFR produced by the human body and the structure of the synthetic agent. The mechanical growth factor has undergone a lot of research. It is noteworthy that the link between the increase in muscle strength and volume and the injections of this remedy was discovered only once.

This was done in 2004 by Professor Goldspink. It was he, conducting experiments on rodents, managed to increase the cross section of their muscle fibers by 25%, influencing the MFR. As for the other studies, only the following results were obtained: the mechanical growth factor promotes the healing of damaged fibers. Thus, there are some perspectives in cardiology and other fields of medicine.

Now it's time to get acquainted with the term "pegylation", since when purchasing an MFR, the consumer should usually get his pegylated version - PEG MGF. This is literally a process that allows you to hide the drug molecule from the human immune system or put it in a kind of protective suits. In certain cases, such an action is caused by necessity. For example, some drugs that are used in the treatment of cancer, are pegylated.

The mechanical growth factor is prone to rapid destruction. Its task is to influence the cells adjacent to the one into which it is synthesized, and pegylation can increase the period of its half-life from a few minutes to many hours. However, the question of the actual creation of a pegylated MFR raises certain doubts. Official studies of the PEG MGF, apparently, were not conducted, and it was unlikely that anyone could find the links to credible sources of information .

Well and if all the same to assume, what such means was or will be created? Even in this case there is no guarantee that the pegylated mechanical growth factor and the usual will not differ in their behavior. Many questions about the drug in question are only theoretical. Means containing the active substance MFR, have never been released for mass consumption.

And yet, not some facts should be pointed out. A certain Belgian anti-doping company conducted a study of the contents of two bottles that fell into the hands of its employees. As it turned out, the active substance in them is really a mechanical growth factor, and one was even obtained in laboratory conditions using high technologies. Another tool was made by handicraft and even contained unsafe impurities.

Conclusion: today in none of the countries of the world there are pharmacological enterprises officially issuing IFR. Making a purchase of such a tool, the consumer in the vast majority of cases acquires fakes, but this drug can have unpredictable effects on the body.
