"Nimesil" means a series of non-steroidal drugs with anti-inflammatory, temperature-lowering and analgesic action. The active substance is nimesulide. Although the "Nimesil" remedy differs from other NSAID products with a high degree of safety, in some countries of the world, including in the USA, the sale of the powder is prohibited because of hepatotoxic effect. The analogue of it, of course, also has its pluses and minuses, so the choice of a particular drug should be approached with particular care.
