It is a city with developed infrastructure, it is the largest scientific, financial and economic, transport center of the country.

The historical significance of the city is also of interest. It is still not known exactly when Delhi originated, but it is considered one of the oldest on the planet. According to the most popular version, the first settlement on this site was founded in 3000 BC. In support of the fact that the capital of India has the oldest history, more than 60,000 monuments testify. Until the 19th century this city was called Indraprastha. There are many different restaurants and shops, tourist offices and banks. From this square begins the street Rajput, giving direction to the travelers to the Gateway of India. This landmark is a 48-meter arch built in honor of the Indian military, who died in the First World War. In this part of the capital you can see the Bahai Temple, which is made in the form of a lotus, visit the National Museum and the Rashtrapati Bhavan Palace.

Walking around the neighborhood of the old Dali, you can see the Red Fort - an octagon, which is surrounded by a wall of red sandstone. It was built in 1857 and was the residence of the rulers of the Great Mongols dynasty. In this same part you can visit the largest Indian mosque, which accommodates more than 25 thousand people. Here is kept the head of the Koran, which was written down for the Prophet Muhammad.
