Among the abundance of meat, carbohydrate food and vegetables that we used to see on the table, seafood can stand out not only with exquisite taste, but also a great benefit for the body. Some women are wary of squid and are afraid to cook them. In fact, this product has a wonderful taste, it is recognized as nutritious and valuable for health. Iron, vitamins, manganese, iodine, calcium, potassium, phosphorus - that's not all the list of useful substances contained in squid. At the same time, there is absolutely no fat in them, that is, this product can easily be considered dietary.

Prepare from such seafood you can do anything. Most often they become ingredients for different salads. But try to look at them in a new way, prepare the stuffed squid. Before you share some good recipes, it's worth giving some useful advice on choosing and handling these seafood.

It is preferable to buy small carcasses, their meat will be sweeter. Before cooking, they should be cleaned. Quads are often sold frozen. It does not matter, just beat them with boiling water. After that, you can easily remove the peel from the squid. To cook them, the carcass must be lowered into already boiling water, then cover the pan with a lid and turn off the gas. After about 10 minutes you can safely remove the squid from the water. They are ready for further use.

To cook stuffed squid, you need three carcasses, half-packs of crab sticks, half a can of canned corn, half a glass of rice, two onions, two eggs and salt. First of all, you need to build a stuffing. To do this, finely chop and fry the onion until golden. Next, you should add crab sticks, pre-cut into cubes. Corn goes to the same place. All this must be fried for five minutes, and then transferred to a deep bowl. The rice is boiled separately and added to the roast. The filling should be salted and finally filled with eggs. Boiled squid must be stuffed with stuffing, and the edges of each carcass sewn with threads. Then they are put in boiling water for five minutes. After the squid is removed from the pan, they must cool down and you can pull out the threads. Finished carcases must be cut as sausage.

Stuffed squid shrimps can also please your family. Especially if you are a fan of eating seafood. You will need two large squid carcasses, 12 pieces of tiger shrimp, 100 grams of cocktail, 50 grams of cheese, a bulb, carrots, two cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, basil greens. The filling is prepared as follows: on a frying pan, carrots and onions (finely chopped) are fried, garlic, cocktail shrimps, pepper and salt are also added there. The cooled stuffing should be mixed with grated cheese. Raw squid carcasses, thoroughly washed and peeled, stuff loosely, and then fry for five minutes on olive oil. Tiger shrimps should be put in a frying pan with carcasses stuffed with stuffing. All together roast another three minutes and the dish is ready.
