The pink salmon dish can be not only tasty and high-calorie, but also very useful. In this fish there are both common and rare for food items (cobalt, chromium, sulfur, phosphorus, vitamin PP). In addition to the basic minerals and vitamins, it contains unsaturated fatty acids.

So what to cook from pink salmon? We offer a few simple recipes so that the maximum amount of nutrients remains in the dish.

Pink salmon in foil "Classical"

To prepare the dish you will need: three hundred grams of fillet, one hundred grams of mayonnaise and hard cheese, a small onion, special seasoning, greens, salt and vegetable oil.

Wash the pink salmon, rub it with salt and seasonings. Top with mayonnaise, lay onions and dill sprigs. Remove the pink salad on the foil, sprinkle with cheese, pour a couple of spoons of water and gently wrap. Next, send the package to the baking tray in the oven and cook for half an hour. The dish is ready. You can cut the fish into portions and serve with any garnish.

If, after dinner, the pink salmon remains in the foil, then it can be put in the refrigerator. The next day, it's enough to warm it up in the microwave and serve it on the table.

Pink salmon with foil and potatoes

To prepare the dish you will need the following ingredients: whole fish carcass weighing not more than one kilogram, four large potatoes, tomato, lemon, one hundred grams of hard cheese, several spoons of mayonnaise, a bulb.

Grind the salmon with seasonings and salt, grease 1/2 lemon juice. Foil the oil, put half of the potatoes, which is cut into rings and salt. Next lay a layer of circles of onion and tomato, then we have on this "pillow" pink salmon, then decompose the remaining potatoes. On its surface make a grid of mayonnaise, place half-rings of half-cut lemon and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Fish wrap in foil and place in a preheated oven for forty minutes. Then open the envelope and hold for another ten minutes to form a golden crust.

The dish can also be cooked in a special heat-resistant saucepan.

Salmon in foil "Juicy" can become a really festive dish.

It will require: fish fillets, one large carrot and tomato, two small onions, lemon, salt and any fresh herbs.

Cut the chopped slices into slices of the same thickness, each of them a little to add and squeeze out the lemon juice. Then we will deal with vegetables. Carrots grate large on a grater, cut into tomatoes. Onion cut into half rings and pass until transparent. Salt it a little and pepper.

Take the aluminum foil and cut into medium squares. In the middle we lubricate with oil. First we put a salted carrot, then onions and a slice of pink salmon. The top of the fillet is also lubricated with oil, then we place a circle of tomato and a slice of lemon.

Now it is necessary to sprinkle all the herbs and wrap so that there is free space on top, and all the seams are tightly closed.

Put the pink salmon in foil in a preheated oven and leave it for forty minutes. Serve recommended in foil, shifting simply portions on plates.
