Today, society is at the very top of its development. Humanity has a certain amount of knowledge and skills that has been obtained for many centuries, as well as certain goals to be pursued. In the 21st century, people turned into a single biological organism, working exclusively in its own interests. By its actions, this complex biological "monster" creates a bunch of additional systems: social, technogenic, geopolitical, information, etc. However, without difficulties in our world in any way. A sharp evolution forced mankind and every individual person to believe in their omnipotence. We consider ourselves enlightened in all matters, forgetting that knowledge is given only in the process of constant self-improvement. Thus, humanity does not want to go any further. In the process of fighting this "reluctance" people have invented a very useful non-material thing - an incentive.

Concepts such as incentives and incentives are contiguous in nature. They have a lot of definitions and interpretations, but this does not change the basic tasks of incentives. This intangible object was created in order to interest the person in the way of his further progress. It has long been proven that people work better when they have an interest in this work. Here we must understand the fact that the stimulus itself is non-material, but the form in which it will be expressed can be any. For example, the production of something will happen much more quickly if the workers know that the premium is waiting for them. There is an incentive as an additional context, expressed in the form of additional earnings.

So, we understand the concept. Starting from the received facts, it can be said that stimulation is a process of direct influence on a person, a kind of pushing him toward something. But the term can be used not only to explain the influence solely on a person. The process of stimulation can take place in the economy, politics, medicine and other branches. In this case, influence on the person will not always take place.

Consider one very good example, which proves the fact that with the help of incentives one can influence not only the person. Let's take the economic branch, namely the sphere of sales.

Any production is based on the ultimate goal - selling your product. It happens that this process is difficult to turn, so resort to radical methods. Stimulation of sales is a number of special marketing actions, the purpose of which is the sale of goods. They are applied at all stages of preparation, creation and sale of the goods for acceleration of all process as a whole. In other words, sales promotion is an impact not on the person, but on the process.

Marketing science has evolved so much in our time that many of the systems created by it have a number of their own kinds. A large number of necessary disciplines are allocated from one science. Thus, we can distinguish characteristic types of sales promotion, for example:

All of them can be divided into two main groups: material and non-material. In this case, we take as a basis only those that directly affect the person and his consciousness. It was previously indicated that stimulation is a process whose goal is the ultimate idea in the person's head. It will allow him to move on and conquer new horizons of his development.

But ideas never arise on their own. They need to be created through motivation. It is easy to guess that material incentive is a product of using material incentives to create an idea, motivation in the person's head. In addition, the term has a more detailed definition. The essence of the process is based on the desire of a person to receive the greatest possible profit and high payment for his labor. The stimulation itself is made through the use of forms and methods of material appearance. Everything consists in financial - first of all - people's interest. Proceeding from the above, it can be concluded that material incentive is an influence on a person by influencing his natural interest in personal profit through material forms and methods.

It should be noted that the process presented above is an integrated system. However, there is such a thing as economic incentives. It is broader and involves quite different resources in the process of influencing people.

The main thing is that the end result justifies its expectations. As mentioned earlier, material incentives are not a key set of forms and methods of influence. The thing is that the material incentives are the constituent elements of the economic system, therefore they will be part of the array of methods and forms of influence called economic incentives. This kind of impact is a completely different level. Economic methods allow to predict and program the behavior of buyers and producers so that their actions are performed in the desired way. This effect is achieved through the use of material incentives, or incentives, as they are commonly called.

Economic stimulation is possible, and it is often used, but at the government level. It can also be used by huge corporations whose budget can withstand all sorts of manipulations, losses and abrupt changes.

As for the states, they use the method of economic incentives for the organization of labor in the country. This is due to one simple formula: the higher the level of employment, the higher the prosperity of the population, and consequently, the state will have a demand for manufactured goods.

The success of its implementation will determine the future of the company or enterprise. There is a small list of tools that help to stimulate employees, namely:

- Good-natured attitude of the authorities.

Intangible incentives

The main core that regulates the use of all non-material incentives is social stimulation. This concept is the most complex and dynamic. In the process of its study, scientists have not come to a common opinion according to the non-material nature of this process. The thing is that social stimulation is aimed at relations between people. The essence of the theory is that it "works" on the basis of deep trust. All previous types of stimulation directed their action on each person separately. In this sense, social stimulation largely benefits, because it is based on the psychological connection between people.
