Stewed lamb with vegetables in wine

To prepare you need:

Lamb - half a kilogram;

Onion - 2 pieces;

Garlic - a few lobules;

Tomatoes - 4-5 pieces;

Thyme, rosemary, spices;

Red wine - 100 ml;

Garlic and onions should be chopped and fried over a small fire. Zucchini to cook whole, then cut into cubes when it cools. Pepper to cut, fry and pour in it red wine. Scald the tomatoes, peel them and add them to the rest of the vegetables in a frying pan. Then take a clean frying pan and fry lamb separately. It should be seasoned with spices and salt before frying.

Then you need to place the meat in a baking dish, preferably it should be with thick walls. Then add to the lamb vegetables fried and pour the sauce that formed from them. The meat should be covered with a lid or foil so that steam does not escape during baking. Place the form in the oven at 150 degrees for a couple of hours. When the meat is removed from the bones, it means that the stew lamb with vegetables is ready.

Stewed lamb with eggplant

Ingredients for cooking:

Lamb - 0,7 kg;

Water - a couple of glasses;

Carrots - 250 g;

Eggplants - 230 g;

Potatoes - 650 g;

Onion - 260 g;

Laurel leaf ;

Pepper peas;

Greenery;

Salt

The meat of the ram must be thoroughly rinsed and cut, without removing from the bones. Now put it in a saucepan and add water, preferably boiling water. Then put on the fire, covering the lid. Vegetables - onions, carrots, potatoes - cut into small pieces. When it boils, add the potatoes, salt and pepper to the pan, then cook for about an hour. Then put the meat in another pan, and on top lay the eggplant peeled and washed. Then put the carrots, potatoes and onions, laurel leaves and a couple of black peppercorns. All this boil over a small fire for about 37 minutes. Before you serve, stewed lamb with vegetables sprinkles with greens. The dish is very tasty and satisfying.

Lamb - 0.4 kg;

Carrots - one piece;

Potatoes - about 5-6 pieces;

Onions are one piece;

Tomatoes - 5 pieces;

Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;

Basil fresh;

Pepper black peas;

Vegetable oil;

Water - half a cup;

First you need to peel the carrots and cut it into small pieces. Tomatoes are also rinsed and cut into small cubes. Garlic must be cleaned and cut each lobe in the center. Pepper should be cleaned of seeds and finely chopped. Potatoes should also be washed and cut into small pieces. After that, chop the onion into thin half rings and fry lightly with vegetable oil, adding to it a tomato paste.

Now let's start the lamb. Meat should be thoroughly washed, then dried using a paper towel or napkin. Then cut it into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until a crust of golden color is formed. Then put in a brazier, sprinkle with salt and spices. Then put garlic to the meat, top the carrots, salt again, sprinkle with spices. After that, put the tomatoes, chili and fresh basil. All this is sprinkled with herbs and put on it potatoes. Then again salt, pepper, put a laurel leaf and a pea of black pepper. Then pour water, put on a small fire and simmer for about an hour and a half. After an hour and a half, mix everything, then put it on a dish, sprinkle with fresh herbs. Stewed lamb with vegetables is very tasty and fragrant! In addition, such a dish can turn any dinner into a festive dinner.
