Standardization methods

In Russia today there are widely used such methods of standardization as, for example, industry, which is implemented by individual industries and aims to unify the requirements and standards that are imposed on the products. As for the very concept of the industry, it includes all enterprises, as well as various organizations that produce products of a certain nomenclature assigned to one or another government agency.

There is also such a thing as anticipating standardization. Here it is a question of that norms which are established for those or other requirements, raise. This is due to the fact that they are supposed to be optimal according to forecasting. That is, this form of standardization is a kind of a spur of the moment, which sets the tasks for producers in the future.

As for the standardization of certain types of products, which may include various elements, assemblies, and spare parts, here it establishes standards and requirements not only for the entire assembly as a whole, but also for its individual parts.

There is also such a thing as complex standardization. In order for concrete problems to have their solution, complexes of interconnected norms are applied, not only to the system, but also to its separate parts.

Standardization methods can also have certain types, among which there are such concepts as simplification - a simple reduction in the number of brands and used in the manufacture of products.

Unification - that is, the "smart" reduction in the types of objects that have the same functional purpose. Here at the core lies the development of the nomenclature, which will help with the help of its optimal parameters to solve the full range of problems in a certain area. It should also be noted that there can be both an in-house unification created for one object and an inter-object unification created for several. There is also a factory unification that is applicable to a particular enterprise, an industry one that covers a certain industry, as well as an intersectoral one.

Among the varieties of standardization, typification is singled out - the development and adoption of new solutions based on more progressive methods. Here, among other things, it means the finalization of the relevant documentation for a certain number of enterprises located in the country. Typification is very widely applicable in the construction industry (referring to buildings that are typical types), engineering (various designs of the basic model), technological processes, organization activities, and management. The effectiveness of this method is proved by the shortening of the time for the production of new products or the erection of new objects, a noticeable improvement in the quality of products, and so on.

The concept of standardization methods also includes aggregation - the creation of new aggregates based on the layout of the finished product by a small set of unified nodes that can be interchangeable. The purpose of this method could be called the creation of certain nodes, when connecting which in different combinations it is possible to create different machines. They can later be used in certain spheres.

The methods of standardization can be calculated with the help of mathematics, applied, economic and technical sciences. They consist in the development of nomenclatures of objects on their basis that will be optimally suited for the needs of the economy of the state in order to subsequently deduce the received method into a definite form, which will be taken as the standard.
