Exercise 6

Squats perfectly load their legs and make them slim. To increase the effectiveness of the exercise, you should perform squats according to this pattern: spread your legs wider, unfolding socks in the sides. Do not bend forward, do squats as low as possible, and then make a second delay at the bottom and rise up. Repeat up to 20 times.

A great way in the fight for slim legs will be aqua aerobics classes. The density of water during exercise gives an additional load, the muscles have to overcome soft resistance, so the results will manifest quickly.
