The ordinary consumer is very easily confused in these rumors and contradictions. In 1995, clinical trials were conducted, which showed that regular (daily) consumption of soy proteins in combination with animals lowers the levels of dangerous cholesterol and triglycerides.

Due to its low caloric content, it can be consumed during a diet without fear of getting better. A scanty diet will have a negative effect on health, so bring in the menu more fresh vegetables, mushrooms, nuts to activate brain activity, do not forget about useful cereals: buckwheat, rice, oats.
