The international name of the drug "Physiotenses" sounds the same as the name of its active substance - moxonidine. The drug "Physiotenses" refers to a group of drugs intended for the treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular system. It is part of the subgroup of drugs with pronounced hypotensive properties and continues the line of medications-adrenostimulators.

In addition to active moxonidine, the Physiotens tablets contain a group of excipients such as lactose monohydrate, crospovidone, gynromellose, magnesium stearate, ethylcellulose, talc, macrogol, and others in a small amount. The only form of release of the drug "Physiotenses" instructions for use calls coated tablets in a different dosage. Taking medication helps reduce blood pressure and systemic vascular resistance.

There are good pharmacokinetic properties of the "Physiotens" preparation, which is almost completely absorbed in the upper parts of the digestive tract and reaches its maximum useful concentration within an hour. - vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain.

In rare cases, there is hyperglycemia and tachycardia.

The removal of the negative effects of an overdose has a symptomatic nature, there are no special antidotes in medicine yet.

Discontinue drug treatment is recommended, gradually reducing dosage.
