Soup with vermicelli: a recipe for all times

To prepare a large portion you will need:

  • 1 whole chicken (or 2-3 legs);
  • 5-6 medium-sized potato tubers;
  • Onion bulb;
  • 2 handfuls (1 glass) of small vermicelli;
  • A bunch of any fresh herbs, sweet pepper, salt and bay leaf.

First you need to boil the chicken. To do this, clean it thoroughly from the entrails, cut into pieces and rinse with cold water. Cut the extra fat from the bird, so the broth will be more transparent. Dip the meat in a pot of water, add the whole peeled onion, salt and spices, cook until the bird is ready. This can take 30-40 minutes. If you cook soup with vermicelli, the recipe of which we consider in great detail, over low heat, then the broth for it will turn out to be very tasty, rich, foam can then not be removed, it will go to the bottom, and while filtering the liquid will remain on the gauze. After the base for the dish is ready, put it back on the stove, add the potatoes, cut into cubes. Cook for about 15 minutes, and the last stage is the vermicelli tab. Thin strips of flour products are cooked very quickly, enough and 5 minutes to have them boiled, after which the dish can be removed from the fire. The cooking of chicken soup with vermicelli is mastered even by the beginner mistress: now, when the first was cooked for dinner, disassemble chicken meat into slices and add it to each plate, after decorate with fresh chopped greens and serve to the table.

Every child, and even an adult, is very fond of appetizing meat balls. Try to cook this dish with chicken meatballs. For several servings of soup, take:

  • 2 chicken breasts;
  • 1 egg;
  • Half of onion bulb;
  • 2 potatoes;
  • 1 carrot;
  • A handful of small vermicelli;
  • 2 tbsp. L. Wheat crumbs (as for breading);
  • Half a bunch of parsley.

First, boil the chicken breasts: to do this, rinse them thoroughly and remove the peel, dip into a pan of water, add salt and spices (you can put a broth cubes) and cook for 20 minutes. After that, you need to remove the meat, and leave the broth. Chop chicken in a meat grinder. To the resulting stuffing add the egg, biscuits, spices, grated onion. Mix well, and then blind small meatballs. Next, cut the potatoes into cubes, dip into broth and cook for 10 minutes, then add the chopped carrots, vermicelli and meatballs into the soup - the dish should be ready in about 7-10 minutes. Before serving generously sprinkle with chopped herbs. Now you know two ways how to make soup with vermicelli - both are quite simple.
