Despite obvious advantages, such a schedule is not without its drawbacks, many of which become very significant under certain circumstances. The sliding chart is completely devoid of the stability of the normalized eight-hour working day, which affects the rest of the habits. After all, if you come and go from work at a certain time, this creates a certain atmosphere of smoothness and self-confidence, thanks to the fact that every day is clearly planned.

In addition, working day or night shift, there is a risk of earning a lot of chronic cardiac diseases due to constant exorbitant loads. Unfavorable impact on health and the fact that life is deprived of the necessary rhythm and acquires "unpredictability", but in fact for the organism the usual pace was always consistency and dimensionality.
