Signs of approaching delivery

The birth of children is a complex and exciting process. The future mother will experience, probably, the strongest emotions. Most women prefer to prepare for this sacrament in advance. But how to recognize the signs of approaching genera, especially those who are going to experience this process for the first time? It is very important to study them in advance, in time to see a doctor and come to the hospital. As a rule, childbirth begins gradually. So, what are the symptoms of the onset of labor?

1 . Pain in the lower back . By nature, this pain resembles the one that accompanies menstruation. It will gradually increase. Be sure to report it to your doctor or nurse. You will be examined and the position of the fetus determined.

2. Reducing body weight and changing appetite . In connection with hormonal changes, appetite decreases significantly. The fruit especially strongly presses on organs of a small basin, in particular, on a rectum and a bladder. In this regard, frequent urination and emptying of the intestine. In this case, we can say that the first signs of childbirth are observed in a woman: the body is cleaned and removes all unnecessary. Do not confuse this process with a stomach disorder, in which the stomach hurts.

3. Changing the behavior of the fetus . You may notice that the child has become quiet. He became very cramped, and the strained muscles of the uterus prevented him from moving.

4. Abdominal abscess. This is due to the passage of the child into the pelvic region. A pregnant woman can notice breathing relief, better digestion, and no heartburn. The omission may occur as a few weeks before the birth, and immediately in front of them.

5. Contractions . The signs of the approaching genera may be different, but this one is the most obvious. Thanks to the fights, the cervix is opened and it becomes possible to pass the fetus. In the beginning they are repeated every 15-20 minutes, then the interval is reduced to 3-4 minutes. They are accompanied by severe pain in the lower abdomen and back. In order to muffle the pain and help the mother in childbirth, doctors make injections of painkillers or put a dropper.

6. Departure of the mucous plug . As a rule, this occurs before childbirth (during labor) or a day before them. Allocations of pink or yellow color can be found on underwear.

7. Departure of waters . These are also the true signs of approaching births. There is a rupture of the amniotic fluid, and as a result - the passage of water. After that, during the day, labor begins. Water can go away in different ways: from someone at a time, from someone gradually.

If at this time you are still not in the hospital, immediately go there. Since the mucous plug is no longer there, your baby does not protect against infections.

Be sure to pay attention to the smell and color of the waters. If everything is in order, then they should be transparent and not have a smell. If you notice a bloody or green hue, an unpleasant smell - immediately tell your doctor! This may indicate oxygen starvation or some other complications for you and for the fetus.

In women, giving birth to the second and subsequent children, often the waters go away before the onset of labor.

8. Soft neck . The level of prostaglandins in the maternity body increases dramatically, which helps to soften the cervix. This can only be detected by a doctor when examined by a pregnant woman.

Signs of approaching births must be known to every woman in order to seek help in time and not endanger themselves and the child. Each pregnancy, as well as the process of childbirth, proceeds strictly individually. Many note all of the above signs. However, some of them you can not help but notice, but others just do not pay attention.

One thing is for certain: nature, having created a woman's body, foresaw everything, including procreation. Trust your feelings and instincts, they certainly will not let you down.
