An interesting question: "Is it possible for the nursing mother to have a shish kebab?"

Lactation with lactation

Often even a doctor is not able to intelligibly answer the question: "Is it possible for the nursing mother to have a shish kebab?" However, before you think about juicy roast meat, you should clarify a few points related to breastfeeding. Even those girls who have never given birth know perfectly well that the amount and quality of milk a woman has is directly dependent on what she eats. Therefore, the nursing mother should carefully monitor her diet, because she is responsible not only for herself, but also for the health of her baby. Most lactation specialists are of the opinion that the state of milk is adversely affected by the use of alcohol and tobacco. In addition, a woman should, if possible, reduce the consumption of foods such as coffee, honey, citrus fruits. Shish kebab for a nursing mother should not be too fat, without ketchup and marinade. In general, all products that contain preservatives, as well as all kinds of sauces and marinades, should be eaten with great care.

Can I breast-feed a shish kebab?

Given all of the above, it becomes clear that this question is difficult to answer unequivocally. Of course, the traditionally cooked shish kebab will not be useful for the baby. Fat, sometimes burned meat, a day languishing in an acute marinade, even an adult with a strong stomach can cause a lot of trouble. But what if the summer painfully wants to get out on the nature and enjoy a delicious meal in a good company? In this case, you can find a compromise solution. As already noted above, the meat for the nursing mother should not be fat. And the usual recipe for shish kebab can be transformed in such a way that it will not cause harm to anyone, but it will not lose its taste qualities.
