Shellac coating - well-groomed nails

All modern women want to have flawless nails. For this, many of them regularly visit specialized salons or do manicure and pedicure at home. In any case, the final stage of courtship procedures will be the application of decorative colored lacquer to make the nails more attractive. But, unfortunately, the usual nail polish is prone to quickly break, crack and damage, especially if it is not sufficiently dried. However, to date, an amazing solution has been found - this is Shellac coating.

"Shellac" - a coating that combines the properties of a simple nail polish and gel for their build-up. Thus, the coating of Shellac is easily and simply applied directly from the bottle, which looks no different from the usual lacquer container, and dries out under the influence of UV rays, like a gel. The novelty appeared relatively recently, about two or three years ago, but has already gained immense popularity. And there are many reasons for this.

First, the coating of Shellac is not only easy to apply, but it also lasts a very long time - up to two weeks (depending on the condition of the nails). This is a huge plus not only for women who constantly live "at a pace", but also for those who are going to go on a long vacation. Cover "Shellac" is also ideal for pedicure. In this case, it is generally able to last about a month, which is very important in the season of sandals.

Secondly, the coating of Shellac dries quickly under a UV lamp. The first base coat, which is applied under the color coating, dries for 1 minute. The second and third layers - the color "Shellac" - two minutes each. Then the nail is applied to the fixer and again they are placed under the lamp for 2 minutes. After that, the tackiness of the coating is eliminated with a sponge wetted with a special liquid. Consequently, the entire procedure takes no more than 30-40 minutes, and after it is completed, you can immediately engage in the usual business, not being afraid that the nail polish will peel off, erase or print something on it.

Thirdly, although "Shellac" is half and consists of a gel, it does not need to be cut during correction. But this procedure is very tiring and requires the application of certain efforts. With shellac, everything is much simpler. You need to moisten the cotton swabs in acetone or 99% isopropyl alcohol, apply them on each nail, fix it with a band-aid or wrap with foil, and soak for 10 minutes. Then it is enough to remove the remnants of the coating with a wooden stick to remove the cuticle.

And finally, covering the nails with Shellac does not in any way harm health. It contains no hazardous substances such as toluene, formaldehyde and dibutyl phthalane. Nails do not need to be sawed, as before applying the gel, so "Shellac" can be re-applied immediately after removing the previous coating.

To the disadvantages of covering the nails "Shellac" can be attributed to the fact that it is not affordable for everyone. However, this one-time procedure is capable of replacing two or even three home or salon procedures using conventional lacquer. Also, the palette of this cover is still small - a little more than twenty colors. However, manufacturers here do not stand still and the number of colors will undoubtedly increase. After all, at first there were only twelve of them.

In comparison with all the advantages of this tool, these shortcomings seem so insignificant that Shellac coating will undoubtedly become even more popular in the future.
