Sharov Andrey: murder and the results of the investigation

Residents of nearby houses were awakened not by an alarm clock, but by loud shots in the street. One of the witnesses, who was on the balcony of the five-story building, saw several men in the courtyard. Then I heard shots from a pistol, there were about seven of them. One of the participants of the shooting fell right next to a tree in the courtyard of the apartment house, it was Sharov Andrey. A puddle of blood appeared on the asphalt, which increased with every minute.

Murder of Andrei Sharov in Perm

July 22, 2015 at about 4 am, were shot two men, residents of the city of Perm. The incident occurred in the heart of the city: on Ekaterininskaya Street, right next to a residential five-story building.

Eyewitnesses of the shooting immediately called an ambulance and police service. Andrei Sharov could not be saved, and the second wounded man was taken to the nearest hospital. Andrei Sharov and the second injured man were familiar with each other.

For a long time the survivor was under the supervision of doctors and with the guard, but the doctors reported that his life was not threatened, since the injuries were not fatal.

Who was and how Andrei Sharov lived

Killed Sharov Andrew was the founder of a widespread system of extramural education called scouting, which was born in Perm in the early 90's.

On the Internet, rumors began circulating that the former organizer of the Scouts was a member of bandit groups. During the investigation, the son of the deceased Andrei Sharov, Sergei completely refuted this information and said that his father was in search of a new job, as he recently quit and was unemployed. Moreover, the son and other relatives of Sharov can not even guess where this amount of money could come from.

The work of the Investigation Department

According to the investigation, Andrei Sharov was killed because of a large sum of money - 28 million rubles. The men attacked the bag with the bills stolen. But what did Sharov and his acquaintance with such a large sum of money in the courtyard of the apartment house, it is necessary to find out the investigation. The investigators also have information that the activities of the murdered person were connected with the transfer of non-cash to cash.

According to the investigation committee, Sharov Andrei Vladimirovich received 2 gunshot wounds, which became deadly for him.

Forensics worked all day at the scene of the crime and opened a criminal case under two articles of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

Questions at the investigation are many:

- Was there a shooting between men?

- Did the killed Sharov and the victim from the attackers defend them with weapons?

- Did they shoot defenseless ones?

- How many shots have been fired and from which weapon?

According to the deputy head of the investigation department, there were two murderers, they were put on the wanted list. Investigators have appointed examinations, and also check the availability of records on surveillance cameras and on video recorders in the courtyard of cars, interview witnesses.

Results of the investigation

Later, as a result of the investigation department's work, three suspects were arrested in the organization of Sharov's murder and attempted murder. The basis for the detention was finding in their cars and housing parts of money, as well as weapons.

Already on July 28, investigators stated that the murder was solved: Andrei Sharov was killed by local residents in a criminal group (Yevgeny and Andrei Sultanov, Viktor Bogomyakov, Anton Lozenko and the fifth, whose name the investigators do not cover).

It turned out that at least five people participated in the organization of the crime, and three directly in the attack. It became known that the victims were shot from traumatic weapons, and shots were fired at least seventeen. The investigators also found evidence of involvement in the murder of the above-mentioned persons on the records of one of the surveillance cameras. The detainees refused to give evidence.

Three suspects were immediately detained, at the end of September Alexander Lozenko was caught in the town of Kizil and later taken to Perm. In the capture of this criminal helped by technical means. The fifth, Andrei Sultanov, surrendered with confession thanks to the well-coordinated work of the investigative bodies. One of the prisoners reported that they worked for a fee of 300,000 rubles. The investigation continues, but, for example, Lozenko still does not recognize his involvement in the attack and murder of Andrei Sharov.
