And then it is easier for those in whose high schools it is customary to strictly monitor academic performance throughout the academic year. How to make the first session not the last?

Selective perfectionism

First of all, do not panic. Of course, there are teachers-"bloodsuckers" and hard-to-form questions. Of course, everything can not be learned. The curricula of most universities are unrealistic, even in terms of the physical capabilities of students. However, your academic performance is of little importance for future success. And this is a study of American scientists, and in the US they are more serious about assessments and studies. So, if a student has managed to get a diploma - his income level will be about the same as that of other graduates of the same institution. So do not tear yourself apart, the session is an excellent remedy for perfectionism. It is enough to be a good guy in general and an excellent student in some favorite subjects.

There is a difference

Be more attentive to professional subjects and calmer in relation to "stressful" subjects. If you receive a diploma of a teacher, the most cautious employer will look at your grades on the taught subject and methodology. But how you learned sociology or philosophy is just your business. Treat "load items" as an opportunity to expand your horizons. And do not believe all those who say that a session is a terrible event. Treat it as a way to test the depth of knowledge.

Two types of students with a high score

Excellent in the university - it's not the same as an excellent student in school. In higher education, excellent people become either very gifted people, who study easily (minority), or workaholics who do not see non-tied aspects of life (such are the majority of those who receive red diplomas). The second category is very popular with employers who need good performers without the need for creativity. So the session is not a competition in the intellectual kind of sport, and the less you spend energy on envy, the more power will remain for real success.

Fruitful years

Many students have fun at the university, although it would be wiser to learn a little less, but to start acquiring experience in real working conditions. Employers prefer students who already "sniffed gunpowder" in their specialty and are not afraid. Such specialists do not have to be taught anew, they are already a finished product. Of course, learning must be good so that a person can learn how to do the usual operations. But in general, in most specialties, experience is the most important criterion for the selection of candidates. While studying, you can take internships without payment, it justifies itself.

Looking at the schedule of the session, do not panic. Usually, the time allotted for preparation is quite enough if you even wrote lectures and appeared at most seminar sessions. By the final course, you will get your hands on exams so much that you will almost cease to worry.
