Rubber expander allows you to significantly improve the shape of the body and provide excellent training. This is an excellent tool for strengthening the muscles and supporting them in tone during periods of forced downtime. Such a simulator is often used by athletes and bodybuilders during aerobic and power loads. It is lightweight, takes up little space and easily fits in the bag. With frequent business trips or a vacation trip, you can take it with you on the road and train anywhere.

The rubber expander has several advantages:

  • The possibility of compiling an individual program on video records;
  • Changing the load depending on the strength of the trainee.

Expander stretch is based on the principle of counteracting its elastic part of the movement. To actuate it, tensile forces are required. Having strengthened it around the hips and behind the wall (pool or Swedish), it is possible to perform a series of exercises, which at a good pace are an excellent training of the cardiovascular system:

  • Running with tension (in water using floating means, fin);
  • Walking forward - back (you can raise your knees high);
  • Swimming with different styles;
  • In classical aerobics - some elements of choreography.

Modern industry produces several types of rubber shock absorbers. Depending on the elastic qualities, the following types of expanders are distinguished:

1. Elastic bandages:

- yellow - very light;

- light green - light;

- pink - medium;

- violet - elastic;

- Red - very elastic.

2. Rubber harness with handles.

3. The shortened ribbon shock-absorber.

4. Shock absorber with fixation for feet.

5. Terra-bow.

At home, the rubber expander is enough to hook on the door and perform the following exercises:

  • For the arms and muscles of the shoulder girdle - pulling the shock absorber, flexing and raising the arms to the sides;
  • For legs - bending knees lying, squats;
  • For the press - twisting on the block, tilting to the sides ;
  • For the buttocks and thighs - presses by the feet;
  • For the back - traction in the sitting position;
  • For the chest - crossing arms.

The skier's expander is a long elastic cord made of rubber (braided) with handles. Its principle of operation is to open and tighten the projectile. It is designed to develop the dynamics of the hands in motion and is very effective for training forearms, hands. Systematic training with such a simulator develops target muscles, improves the work of the body and hands, and gives the relief outlines of the upper part of the trunk.
