Planting and care

Bushes are planted in warm and sunny places, where there are no cold winds. Planting is carried out in a moist and well drained soil, the acid-base reaction of which is 5.6-7.2 pH. The landing pit should be made in such a size that the roots can be located in it quite freely. The depth of the pit is not less than 50 cm, because it is necessary to make drainage from sand or gravel. Stagnant water can not be tolerated. For the rose, the following soil mixture is recommended: 3 parts of manure, 2 parts of fertile soil layer, 1 part of peat, and 2 parts of sand. The best time for planting is the first half of May, as by this time the soil is already warming up sufficiently.

Before planting, the seedlings should be held a little in water (4-6 hours), especially if the root system is open. If the roots have damaged and weak shoots, they must be removed, leaving strong and medium.

Caring for roses involves regular feeding, weeding and watering. The variety of complex fertilizers is quite large. As a rule, top dressing is carried out from spring to mid-summer. Watering should be abundant, at least once a week. In the spring, before the budding buds are awoken, roses are pruned.

It is recommended to cover the roses in winter.
