He specialized in the taxonomy of species and wanted to correct the mistake by assigning the plant the name of Fischer himself, but inadvertently recorded it as the spur of Pallas.

Euphorbia Pallas (or Fisher) is a herb with a well-developed root system and a long sturdy stem. Its height can reach forty centimeters. On the simple, well pubescent stalk there are wide opposite leaves. And below, they are scaly, and at the top - lily.

Distribution area

This is a purely endemic grass. It grows on the territory of Mongolia, Korea and China. In Russia it can be seen in Transbaikalia. Mostly it grows in the southern and south-eastern part of the Chita region along the rivers Onon, Argun and Shilka.

Collection of raw materials

As a rule, in medicine, the root of the Pallas mollusk is used. It begins to be harvested immediately after the fading of the ground part of the plant. Usually this happens not earlier than July.
