Red ashberry: tincture of flowers

Flowers are no less useful, although they are inferior to fruits due to their medicinal qualities. To prepare this tincture you will need a third of a tablespoon of dried flowers. Raw materials are poured with boiling water (not more than one glass) and boiled for 1-1.5 minutes. Then the tincture is left for one hour, and after filtering. The broth is used three times a day for 1/3 cup. It is especially useful for colds, diabetes, goitre, menopause.

Red ashberry: tincture of leaves

To prepare this mixture, take 1 tablespoon of fresh leaves, grind them in a blender or meat grinder. They do not need to be boiled, just pour 1 cup of boiling water and insist under a closed lid in a warm place for 1 hour.
