So, let's start directly to prepare a dish from such a useful and tasty product. Namely, cook the roast pork with potatoes. Why with potatoes? Because he, like pork, is a favorite product of many of us. In addition, this dish can be served for a family dinner a few days, diversifying it with light salads.

To prepare this dish, you will need, of course, pork (700 grams) and potatoes (about a kilogram). And also two onions, spices for meat and to taste pepper and salt.

First cut the pork portions of pork and send them to a frying pan. To make your roast pork with potatoes look aesthetic, try to make pieces of pork equal in size. After all the water has boiled out, add the vegetable oil and onion, diced.

Fry all this until golden brown. Then pour the meat with hot boiled water and pour the spices, pepper and salt. Stew until meat is ready.

While the meat is being stewed, you can peel the potatoes. Cut into cubes, add it to the ready-made meat. Stir, add water and stew until potatoes are ready.

Also, a rather unusual recipe for "roast pork" means stewing meat in light beer. To do this, 1.5 kg of pork are spiced with spices, garlic and bay leaf. First the meat is fried from two sides in the saucepan. Then it is added finely chopped 4 bulbs, a bunch of soup greens, a little cumin and marjoram and baked in the oven for 40 minutes (the temperature should not exceed 180 degrees).

Then 250 ml of beer and meat broth are poured into the meat and another 40 minutes are prepared. From time to time the meat is poured with another 250 ml of beer. After that, the sauce is poured into another saucepan, and the meat is baked in a saucepan until a crust is formed, but already at a temperature of 220 degrees.

The dish is prepared for 1 hour and 40 minutes and is divided into 6 portions.

Served on the table in equal portions with sauce, in which it was prepared. As a side dish, either potatoes or bread dumplings are served. In principle, garnish should be chosen according to their own taste preferences.

This recipe is popular in Bavaria, but we, despite the not too simple method of preparation, it will be to the liking of many lovers of hot meat dishes.
