Fish in the multi-store "Redmond" always turns tender, juicy and very tasty. Today we will consider a step-by-step way of making pink salmon with browned vegetables under cream sauce. It should be noted that such a fragrant dish should be served to the table only along with the garnish.

Step-by-step cooking of fish in the multivark "Redmond"

Required components for the dish:

  • Onions large onions - 2 pcs .;
  • Pink salmon - 2 large pieces;
  • Carrots average fresh - 3 pcs .;
  • Refined vegetable oil - 55 ml (for roasting);
  • Salt iodized, scented black pepper - add to the fish to taste;
  • Butter - 25 g (for sauce);
  • Cream fatty - 110 ml (for sauce);
  • Dried fennel - 1 dessert spoon (for sauce);
  • Wheat flour - 6 large spoons (1 for sauce, the rest for crumbling fish).

We decided to buy pink salmon, since it has a good fat content, which means that after heat treatment it will become especially juicy. Thus, the main component needs to be washed, brushed and cut into portion steaks up to 4 centimeters thick. After that, red fish should be sprinkled with salt, pimento and put aside for 15-25 minutes.

In such a composition, the fish should be kept warm for about 20 minutes, and then spread over the plates.

How to serve to the table correctly
