Recipe "Chuck-chak with honey": how to cook a delicious dessert

  • Dried fruits (raisins, prunes, dried apricots);
  • Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc.).

For the test try to use the most fresh ingredients. Also you need alcohol. You can take the usual vodka. But if you add mulberry, then there will be a pleasant berry aftertaste. You can use a pile of good cognac.

Now you need to divide the eggs into squirrels and yolks. Last rub with sugar and butter. The mixture should acquire a white tint. Proteins beat up to the state of "hard peaks". You can use any convenient means: mixer, blender or usual whisk.

In the egg-and-oil mixture, gradually mix the remaining ingredients intended for the dough. It should become slightly elastic. As soon as the dough has become loose from the dishes and the table, it needs to be wrapped in a damp towel or cloth and put on for 40 minutes.

After the dough has stuck, divide it into several pieces. They need to be rolled onto sheets with a diameter of about 40 cm and a thickness of 3 mm, then cut into squares, rhombuses or short noodles. You can make small sausages from the dough, then cut into small pieces, from which roll balls of the size of a pea.

The recipe "Chak-chak with honey" provides for the use of several types of oils. You can take ghee and mix it with vegetable. Due to this, the dough will be more flavorful and tasty. In a deep frying pan or cauldron pour a glass of sunflower oil without a smell and 250 grams of melted. To start frying, heat the fat to 180 degrees.
