You can cook dough without yeast for pie on sour cream and cottage cheese. Here is his prescription set of products: a pack of cottage cheese, a glass of sour cream, a teaspoon of soda and 3 glasses of flour. You do not need to knead, just mix the food, put it in a plastic bag and send it to the refrigerator for the night.

The simplest non-yeast dough for fried patties is made on kefir. It is better to take the most fatty yogurt, and in a low-fat add a spoonful of sour cream. To feed pies a family of 4 people, enough 0.5 liter of kefir. Take a deep bowl, pour kefir into it, add a teaspoon of salt and a half tablespoon of soda. Now you need to stir the yogurt and soda with a spoon, so that the reaction goes and foam appears. At that moment, we fall asleep with flour. You need to focus on 3 glasses, but all at once not to pawn. Stirring with a spoon, you need to make the dough as gently as possible.

It is more difficult to make soft dough, than tight, but pies from it turn out magnificent and gentle. Kefir dough does not require proofing, so the filling should be prepared in advance, and the cut pies immediately fry.
