2. It is necessary to plan more carefully your working day. In no case can you overwork, but you can not shift your direct responsibilities to other employees either. 4. And one more important rule is the reception of a full and healthy food. Therefore, it is better to give up the usual lunch in a hurry and carry it with you from home.

Observing these simple rules, every woman will understand herself and will be able to convince her leadership that pregnancy and work - things are very even compatible.

Many expectant mothers are also concerned about the question of how much work needs to be done to go on the decree. As a rule, there is no strict restriction here. But the fact is that all types of benefits are calculated on the basis of the average earnings received by the mother during the last two years of their activity. Therefore, it is considered optimal if a woman works out at least this period before she leaves for leave.

If we talk about the holiday itself, then the maternity leave is given to the woman, when the period of her pregnancy will be equal to 30 weeks. But gynecologists are advised to go on vacation in the first trimester of pregnancy. Such a vacation can be taken either at your own expense, or you can leave for the usual, given once a year to each employee. It is at this time that the fetus develops intensively and the woman should rest more.

Knowing and observing these simple but extremely important rules, every future mother can easily combine work and her position, and she will be able to prove by her example to others that pregnancy and work can perfectly combine.
