Original decoration - a butterfly from the fabric with your own hands

Butterfly represents a symbol of lightness. Sometimes, looking at her, I want so much to fly up and fly away after this creation. Settle the butterfly at home, too, will not succeed, because her life is so short. In this case, the ideal exit will be a butterfly made of cloth, created by oneself. In order to do it, you need only creative inspiration and desire, and you can always find easily accessible materials.

Butterfly from felt

Incredibly beautiful are butterflies made of cloth by hands. In order to make such an accessory of felt, this material will be needed, as well as tulle, beads, buttons or sequins for decoration, decorative tape and glue.

Draw on paper a butterfly's stencil, cut it out and transfer it to a piece of felt. Cut eight petals from a piece of tulle. On felt we fasten with glue all elements of decoration (beads, buttons, sequins). We paste two petals of tulle on the upper wings. On the lower wings we glue the petals folded in half. In order for the butterfly to hang, we attach to it a decorative ribbon.

You can sprinkle this miracle with a usual hair spray, sprinkle with dry sequins and again fix it all with varnish, then the butterfly will shine and shimmer with all the colors of the rainbow.

Butterflies from capron

With a bit of white stretch nylon, a piece of fine wire, glue, acrylic paints, a clip-clip and various decorative elements for decorating the wings, you can make a beautiful butterfly - an ornament from the fabric.

From a wire we cut pieces in length approximately 20 centimeters. We twist two into a spiral, connect the ends of each spiral and fix it so that we get a rounded frame.

Cut off two pieces of capron the right size and tighten the frames, while pulling the material. We remove the excess tissue into a bundle and twist it with the free end of the spiral. Cut off the extra nylon and in the same way pull the second frame.

Framed kapron frameworks bend, giving them the shape of the wings. We produce the resulting wings together with a thread or wire. Thus, our butterfly from the fabric with their own hands will be stronger, and the wings will maintain balance.

As a torso of the butterfly stands clamp-barrette. We fasten it at the junction of the wings, first gluing it with glue, letting the glue dry.

Take a tube prepared in advance with glitters (liquid) and carefully apply them along the contour of the wings. This is done so that the wire frame is hidden under a layer of sparkles. Otherwise you can decorate a butterfly as you like, based on your imagination, the presence of decorative elements and colors in acrylic paints.

To the wings of the butterfly did not remain white, mix a small amount of paint with water and a damp brush to apply the resulting composition to capron. Clamp can also be painted with acrylic paints and draw on it eyes.
