How to make original bows with your own hands

So, we must prepare:

• Fabric (kapron or organza);
• Hair elastic, suitable for color;
• Beads and twigs for the decoration of the middle of the bow;
• A circle made of polyethylene with a diameter of 3 cm (from a plastic bottle);
• The ruler is metal;
• The glue "Moment" is transparent;
• Soldering iron;
• A small piece of tin (from a tin can, for example, from a beer).

Beginning of work:

Draw a piece of petal on the tinplate that you would like to make to make a bow with your own hands. It can be of any shape: oval, acute-angled or with an openwork edge. The size of the petal is up to 5 cm in width and 7 in length will be the most suitable.

The petal pattern must be cut and smoothed so that the edges do not bend.

We will collect the bow on the prepared polyethylene circle, which must be glued on both sides with a cloth. Once the glue dries, you can continue to work. Evenly distribute the finished petals in the form of an asterisk, press each finger and fix it at the base with two or three dashed movements of the soldering iron. Forming bows with their own hands, the next row of petals is located closer to the center and in checkerboard pattern, between the petals of the previous row. Similarly, we fix the third and fourth rows, in the latter - the blanks are overlapped, leaving a minimum clearance in the center.

We decorate the middle of the flower with a bead, a beautiful button or a folded cloth. To get bows for your hair with your own hands, on the back side we glue the elastic band and fix it for a few minutes. Everything, our bow is ready!
