Wash all vegetables and clean. Cut potatoes with very thin plastics, onions and tomatoes - cubes. Fry in a pan. In parallel, whisk the eggs in a large bowl with salt and pepper. After the potatoes reach half cooked, pour the green peas into the pan. A little warm it up and pour the beaten eggs. On very low heat, bring it to the ready. You can put it in the oven after browning - so you will get a more tender omelet from eggs. The caloric content of this dish is quite high: about two hundred calories in one hundred grams. This is not surprising, because potatoes are one of the most nutritious foods. If you have a tortilla for breakfast and in small quantities, then you do not have to worry about that this dish will hurt your figure.

Rustic omelette with milk: caloric content and fineness of cooking

This is one of the simplest breakfasts you can imagine.
For an omelet of four eggs, you need to take one hundred grams of ham, butter for frying, a bulb, a glass of chopped mushrooms, tomato, parsley and a few tablespoons of milk (can be replaced with cream). Onions with mushrooms should be fried in a frying pan, salt and pepper. Then you need to add the same tomatoes, chopped, put out, pour parsley and ham into a frying pan, pour a mixture of eggs and cream (or milk), put in the oven for five minutes. Serve it hot - so you can appreciate the unique taste that has an omelet. The calorie content of this dish does not exceed one hundred and fifty calories. This is normal for a hearty breakfast.

Japanese omelet or tamago yaki

This dish is unusual in form, although it contains products familiar to us all. This omelet, the calorie content of which is determined only by eggs (and does not exceed 150 calories per 100 grams) and soy sauce, can be safely called a dietary product. You can use it for hot sushi or simply serve it for breakfast to surprise the home. Four eggs and one raw yolk must be mixed with a teaspoon of soy sauce. Next, you need to beat this mixture, avoiding the appearance of air bubbles, strain through a sieve. Then add a little sugar and salt and mix until the sugar dissolves, then pour a third of the mixture into a pan with a non-stick coating. Once the eggs are seized - immediately roll up the roll and leave it on the edge of the pan. Then you need to pour out the second half of the mixture, wrap the first roll in this part of the omelette. So do with the last batch. Finished Japanese omelette cut into slices and served with pickled ginger or wasabi.
