Nutrition by blood group: advantages and disadvantages

For the first time, blood group nutrition was offered by a naturopathic doctor from the United States of America, Peter D'Adamo. It was in his book entitled "Four blood groups - four ways of life" he put forward the theory that health, just like illness, is associated with the blood type of each individual person. His doctor of naturopathy made his conclusions, based on the experience of many doctors, in particular, geneticists and hygienists. According to D'Adamo, the needs for food are also exactly determined by the blood group of a person. In general, he argued that initially humanity had only one single blood group for all. But gradually, as the humanization of humanity began, the blood groups changed and began to differ among themselves.

And today, blood grouping is undoubtedly one of the most popular food systems. A huge number of people switched to it, and get really positive results. So, humanity has four main blood groups. Each of them carries a certain genetic information about its ancestors, and, consequently, about the food that they used. And in the event that a person eats the wrong food that his ancestors used, then such alien food comes into conflict with his body, not bringing him any good or joy. Few of this, unproductive food gradually leads to a malfunction of the human immune system, and it begins to ache. So it is not surprising that, for example, the diet for the blood group (table) is so popular recently. After all, all people want to be healthy.

If you believe Peter D'Adamo, then the oldest of all the blood group is the first. And the people who have it are hunters. In this regard, they need to consume a lot of animal proteins. It's about meat, fish and seafood. But dairy and flour products, including bread, should be almost completely excluded. People who have a second blood group are called farmers. They are shown vegetable proteins, but animals are recommended to be avoided. Their main meal should be vegetables, various cereals.

Nutrition by blood group 3 implies the use of dairy products, as well as fish and green vegetables. Of meat, they prefer to eat lamb and rabbit meat, because people with this blood type are nomads. The fourth group of blood, according to the naturopathic D'Adamo, is the youngest and therefore the rarest. After all, it was due to the mixing of two blood groups - the second and third. Representatives of this blood group are called new people. The stomach of these "new people" is rather weak, and that is why they should eat defatted dairy products, various fruits and vegetables, and meat - venison and lamb.

But it should be noted that if you are considering a diet for the blood group, then you should consider that in addition to the ABO blood groups (due to the presence of antigens A and B in the blood), there is also the Rh Rh antigen that determines the Rh factor. There are also K and K antigens, the absence or presence of which gives the blood group according to another classification - Kell's classification. By the fact, there is or is missing acetylcholinesterase, the blood group is determined according to the classification of Cartwright. And then it turns out that nutrition by blood group should take into account not four groups, but much more. This is the lack of nutrition for the doctor-naturopath Peter D'Adamo: he took into account not all existing blood groups.

Therefore, choosing food by blood group 3, for example, you can not always get the best result, because it is possible that your blood group does not belong to the classic "nomad". Most often, our blood groups are something intermediate.

But it can not be said that nutrition by blood group does not have certain merits. Undoubtedly, has. In any case, if a person starts eating healthy food, he will become healthier, and, therefore, will feel much better, and look younger.
