Then this cocktail was called "Drak". And three hundred years later a large enterprise for the production of a variety of drinks, including the legendary Bacardi rum, opens in Cuba. Cubans began to prepare "Drak" on the basis of this rum, renaming it "Mojito". A little later, the "Mojito" cocktail is a non-alcoholic cocktail.

The recipe is simple, cooking does not take any effort or time. The main thing is to make ice beforehand, and to prepare a cocktail "Mojito" is non-alcoholic, you will need ice in large quantities. It is worth recalling that ice is best prepared from distilled or purified water, since at a low temperature all the harmful microorganisms contained in the tap water do not perish in the freezer. Accordingly, to use ice from frozen water from the tap means to jeopardize your health and your guests who drink non-alcoholic Mojito. Ice can be cooked in special molds or then crushed, but the first option will take less time.

So, to make a non-alcoholic "Mojito", you will need: a small, but ripe lime, three teaspoons of brown sugar, a branch of fresh mint, a tonic or a sprite - 200ml, and crushed ice in large quantities. Take the lime, cut it into two halves, cut one of them into four pieces. In a glass or glass, pour brown sugar in the quantity indicated above; Squeezing juice from a half of lime, fill them with this sugar. The second half, which you cut before it into four pieces, put it on top. It's better to tear the mint with your hands than to cut it - in this case it will retain more flavor. Put it in a glass, and then remember a little of all its contents with a spoon - but do not turn it all into a jelly. You'll need one glass: half a lime, a teaspoon of brown sugar, several sheets of mint fresh, a quarter of a glass of strawberries, ice and soda. In the glass, pour out the strawberries and sugar, mash it all with a spoon until the strawberry juice appears in the glass. Squeeze the resulting lime juice - lime itself you do not need to add. Tear the leaves of mint, adding them to the glass and kneading again. To the brim fill the remaining space with ice and pour in soda.

In addition, Mojito can also be made from watermelon, and this will also be an excellent drink. You will need: a small bunch of mint, a tablespoon of sugar cane, crushed ice and two limes. Watermelon pulp cleanse from the bones, then with a blender make it a homogeneous liquid mass. Pound the mint, then fill it with sugar and crush it with pestle, add limes to this mass, previously cut into small pieces. Again, mash all the ingredients, pour into the container with the resulting mass of watermelon juice. Mix thoroughly, add crushed ice.

This wonderful non-alcoholic "Mojito" you can prepare for yourself, and for the gathered company, it will bring you freshness in hot weather and pleasure - in any. And, of course, it will be a wonderful decoration for your table. "Mojito" is not always a non-alcoholic drink, although in this article there is only talk about such a drink as the non-alcoholic "Mojito". It will be enough to take a container for a cocktail a little bit more and add to it 150-200 ml of white rum or 50-100 ml of vodka, otherwise without changing the recipe, and the cocktail will become an alcoholic beverage.
