Stuffing in the oven can be prepared in many ways. You can create a full hearty dish, or you can - a snack. It all depends on your desire, time and a set of products. We offer several options, as you can deliciously cook the mince in the oven.

Meatballs with a surprise.

The following products are required for cooking:

  • 300 gr. Fungi;

  • Seasonings, salt, pepper.

Preparation

You can grease the koloboks with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. The minced meat is baked in the oven for 30 minutes at a 200-degree temperature. The dish can be served both hot and cold.

Bagels with minced meat in the oven

For the dish you will need products:

  • Sweet bagels of small sizes (350 g);
  • bow;
  • Chicken ground meat (550 g);
  • egg;
  • 100 g of cheese;
  • Milk (200 ml);
  • 20 g of butter;
  • Seasonings.

Preparation

Preheat the milk and soak the bagels in it for five minutes. They should be soft. At this time, finely chop the onion and fry it over low heat (five minutes). In a bowl, combine the egg, fried onions, minced meat, seasoning, salt. Thin squares cut the cheese (they should be just the size of bagels). Lubricate the baking tray with oil and put the bagels on it. In the holes from them, put the forcemeat (teaspoon) and apply it with a spoon to get a smooth surface. The forcemeat in the oven with bagels baked for 25 minutes at 180-degree temperature. After 25 minutes, put the cheese on the bagels and leave in the oven for another 5 minutes. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Stuffed zucchini stuffing in the oven

To prepare a stuffed zucchini, you will need the following products:

  • 2 medium-sized zucchini;
  • Rice (¼ cup);
  • bow;
  • 200 grams of stuffing;
  • Sour cream (4 tablespoons);
  • Tomato paste or sauce (4 tablespoons);
  • A spoonful of flour;
  • butter;
  • Pepper and salt;
  • Fresh greens.

Preparation

In salted water we boil the above-mentioned amount of rice until it is ready, we cool it. At this time we are engaged in cutting vegetables. Well mine in water zucchini and remove from them peel. Peeled courgettes cut into equal size slices, 4 cm thick. Remove the middle from each circle. We clean the onion and cut it as small as possible.
