Military regulations and its components

Military regulations of the armed forces are a set of laws, rules and regulations that guide people who are in urgent or contractual service in the army. It is a structured and divided into sections and subsections reference book. The military regulations of the Russian Federation consist of four parts:

• The charter of the garrison and guard duty,
• Disciplinary regulations,
• Statute of internal service,
• Drill statute.

Each of these components regulates a separate field of activity. This division emerged after the end of the revolution that occurred in 1917. Prior to this, military service was regulated by other normative documents. So, for example, the military statute of Peter the Great was used until the beginning of the 20th century. Some of its principles have been preserved in the modern context.

Internal Service Charter

The daily life of servicemen is regulated by the charter of the internal service of the Russian Federation. It describes the main provisions regarding the actions of soldiers, sergeants and officers in peacetime. In addition, the charter of the internal service describes the conditions for keeping the barracks, the order of appointment in outfits and other types of services. Separately, it is possible to distinguish the list of duties that are contained in this part. It is here that the main responsibility of an official is described, as well as those who step into the outfit by company, canteen, and part.

Disciplinary Regulations

The concepts of seniority and subordination are described in the disciplinary regulations. Also there is information about the powers that officials have in relation to their subordinates. The military regulations in this section describe the procedure for imposing and removing penalties and rewards, proposing proposals and filing complaints. It is worth noting that the rules of the disciplinary regulations apply to people who have already passed military service and were fired into the reserve, in the event that they wear military uniforms and appear in it in public places.

Charter garrison and guard duty

The guard and garrison service performs the most important task of protecting warehouses with weapons and ammunition, military equipment and part territory. For this reason, the most brutal punishment for violating the rules of its carrying out is foreseen. The Charter of the Garrison and Guard Service describes the duties of persons entering into the outfit, as well as the nuances of fulfilling duties.

Building Regulations

A neat appearance and drill is an essential characteristic of any serviceman. The military regulations define not only the rules of keeping and wearing military uniforms, but also the manner of the movement by the marching and marching steps, the elements of handling weapons and with the banner. All this describes the drill regulations, giving specific instructions on the elements of the drill rack, the military greeting and other external manifestations of soldier's training.

Military regulations are mandatory for all units and formations of the armed forces. For this reason, it is called a general-military one. Failure to comply with its rules and regulations may result in disciplinary action or criminal liability. Cases of particularly serious violations of the provisions of the military statute are examined in the military court.
